Please email us with your questions. This email is intended for NON-URGENT, NON-MEDICAL communication only. Include the patient's name, parent/guardian name (If patient is a minor under age 18), and daytime phone number in the subject of your email. For all clinical inquiries regarding your child's health, call the office at (856) 596-3434. If this is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately.

We will reply to questions submitted via email within two business days. In order to retrieve our response, you will be prompted to establish a user name and password with our secure and encrypted email portal, Cisco. Once you have established an account with Cisco, you will be able to retrieve future emails by entering your login information.

Hours

Answering Service

One of our doctors is always available after routine patient hours to answer any urgent concerns you may have about your child. Until midnight each day, one of our pediatric triage nurses will assess your concerns as well as the severity of your child’s symptoms, and guide you to the appropriate level of care. Our triage nurses communicate closely with our doctor on-call. After midnight, one of our doctors will directly respond to your call. Please call back if you have not received a timely response.
