We accept most major insurance plans including but not limited to:
If your insurance plan is not listed above, please call our office at (856)596-3434.
Please bring your insurance care to every visit so that we can verify eligibility. When insurance information cannot be verified, you may be asked to make payment in full at the time of visit. We Collect copays and co-insurance at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, or checks.
Newborns:
Newborns are covered by their mother’s insurance plan for the first month of life (once they have been added to the policy). It is important to notify your health insurance company as soon as possible about your new arrival. This will give your baby his/her own insurance policy to begin coverage at the one month well visit.
Payments:
Office visits and services are billed to your insurance company first, and after the claim is processed, an explanation of benefits is sent to you explaining their payment. There may be a portion of the bill which is the patient’s responsibility. You will receive a bill in the mail or via text message from Advocare for the amount due. This can be paid over the phone, online through our website or by mail.
Any outstanding balances from previous visits will also be due at the time of service. Accounts with unpaid balances may be sent to a collection agency. To avoid this, please call our office and speak with our billing department or office manager.
It is difficult to plan for unexpected medical bills. Do not hesitate to speak with our billing department if you need to set up a payment plan due to financial hardship.
We are available to help in any way with navigating your insurance plan. Contact us by phone at (856)596-3434 or email
